Located just north of Frazee and less than 1 mile from my own personal property I can vouch for how good this property truly is. To make it even better, it borders the Frazee's school forest that is 240 acres in size and allows absolutely no hunting, creating one heck of a sanctuary for the deer to grow and get big. It also borders an additional 640 acres of landlocked county and state land. Being one of the neighbors, I can also attest to the fact that the neighboring landowners do a good job managing the deer herd for health, numbers and age!
