This property is simply stunning and one that you have to see in person! When I walked this property last spring, I was in love with it from the first step to the last. The rolling hills, mature oak woods, deer sign and giant towering pines had me hooked but when I made it to the river I was in AWE! It has absolutely stunning views and the sights and sounds had me mesmerized. I sat on the bank, and it brought me back to my childhood thinking of all the possibilities that this property has! It was exciting to say the least. The seller is now in a position to pass this property along and whoever ends up with it will have what I consider to be a legacy property, no question. There is not much for infrastructure in terms of trails or stand but that allows you to make this your own. There wasn't much evidence of deer hunting pressure and the deer sign was thick with scrapes and rubs from the previous fall. See supplemental document.
